Having the property ready for us ensures you get the most from the property photography. Here are some tips for making sure that when we get there, it’s good to go…

INSIDE

Clear bench space, in living areas and kitchens especially
Unplug cords and leads and put them away
Have curtains and blinds open, let the natural light in
Make sure the range hood light is working
Ensure all lights are working
Remove any excess furniture
Ensure toys are neat and tidy
Clear any clutter under beds
Remove any large family photographs
Remove magnets and artwork etc from fridge doors
Remove clutter from the bathroom including shampoo,  shavers, etc
Ensure all repairs have been made and cleaned up
Turn on lights
Straighten blinds and curtains
Remove excess office equipment and paperwork
Wipe down mirrors and windows
Remove pet evidence and the pets, temporarily!
